Triarii Group works with brands that are past the experimentation phase. When the campaign has to land — a launch, a turnaround, a market you can't afford to fumble — we plan it, make it, and put it in front of the right people.
The Roman legion fought in three lines. The first two probed, tested, and absorbed the fight. The third line — the triarii, the veterans — knelt in reserve and were committed only when the outcome had to be decided. When Romans said it has come to the triarii, they meant: this is the moment that matters.
That's the work we take. Not every campaign, not every channel, not marketing for its own sake — the efforts where the result is the point. We'd rather be your decisive line than your first draft.
Everything we do falls into three pillars. Most engagements use all three; some need only one done exceptionally well.
Three phases, in order — named for the three lines of the legion, because the sequence is the same: probe, press, then commit everything to what works.
We audit what you have, interview your customers, and run small, fast tests. The goal is contact with reality: which messages move, which audiences answer, what the numbers actually say.
What survives the first line gets weight behind it. We build the campaign properly — sharpened positioning, full creative, a media plan with real budget logic — and take it to market.
Once the data shows where the win is, we concentrate. Budget consolidates behind proven channels, creative iterates on proven angles, and reporting shifts from learning to scaling.
Triarii Group is a senior team without layers. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who do the work — no handoff to a junior pod after the pitch.
We stay deliberately small so we can be selective. Fewer clients, deeper engagements, and the standing rule that we only take work we expect to win: if we don't think marketing is your bottleneck, we'll say so in the first meeting and save us both the retainer.
Tell us what has to happen this year and what's standing in the way. We'll come back within two business days with an honest read — including whether we're the right firm for it.
